Here’s a classic example of a very good and strong trendline breakout by the USD/JPY. After months and months of declines by the currency pair, it finally had a huge day back in early September. Since it’s successfully retraced the breakout back down to the support line.
I didn’t show it on this chart but the internal indicators (RSI, STO, MACD) all are rolling higher as well to confirm the trend change.
