About this template
This was a variation of the Chipotle bot that I started as part of a test of a several different variations of the concept. Its been running for a year without any intervention in paper. The concept is super simple and has had surprisingly good results.
- Opens 1 position (50% net liquid) at a time 2+ DTE for the closest Friday expiration (Mon-Wed the current week, Thur/Fri the following week)
- SPS with the short put at 5 delta
- Uses an Accelerated Profit taking monitor that closes if profit is greater than 10% per day in trade
- Closes at 75% profit
- Closes on last day at 3pm if negative
- Immediately opens another position on close
