UPDATE: THIS BOT WAS UPDATED TO USE THE WATCHLIST FEATURE. HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THAT WHEN YOU CLONE IT WILL NOT HAVE A WATCHLIST CONNECTED. ONCE YOU CLONE, PLEASE ATTACH A WATCHLIST. THE DEFAULT IS “INDEX ETF’s” CONSISTING OF SPY QQQ IWM DIA. YOU CAN FIND A COPY OF THE WATCHLIST TO SAVE IN THE COMMENTS BELOW OR CREATE YOUR OWN.
ALSO, ANY RECENT PERFORMANCE RESULTS ARE UTILIZING THE BOT RUNNING IN “CONTINUOUS” SCANNING MODE.

But, I have now gotten it to a place that I'm happy with it, so I'll go ahead and give it a home here in the templates.
The Opening Range Bot (ORB) simpli looks to catch a breakout or mean reversion shortly after the 30 min opening range sets up. Since we cannot currently capture values for exactly where the opening range limits are it is not possible to implement a true opening range breakout, so this one just looks at various indicator criteria to trigger an open. So far it seems to be dialed in and working pretty well. Default symbols are SPY QQQ DIA IWM.
Lots of bot level variables to play around with if you wish to make your own version. Enjoy!
