Q.Can I cancel my account at anytime?
A.Yes. If you ever decide that Option Alpha isn’t for you simply cancel your account using the button right inside your membership profile page.
Q.Do I need to choose a membership level now?
A.No. Go ahead and sign up for our free trial and when your trial is about to expire we’ll email you and let you know it’s time to upgrade to either our Basic or Premium membership.
Q.What happens at the end of my free trial?
A.Upgrade your membership to a plan that’s right for you. If not, there’s no need to cancel anything. We don’t collect any credit card or billing information during your free trial period.
Q.Can non-US residents sign up?
A.Yes. We already have had members from all over the world. However, you’ll always have to check with your broker to make sure you have the right documents filed to be able to trade US options. Also, please make sure you can get a US phone number for SMS alerts.
Q.Can I change my membership level later on?
A.Yes. You are able to upgrade or downgrade at any point.
Q.After joining, how soon do I receive access?
A.Instantly. As soon as you complete the 20 second checkout you’ll be taken directly to the main membership area where you can start to navigate through all the awesome tools we put together.
Q.How long are your membership contracts?
A.We don’t have any contracts and therefore there is no required timeline to be a member. You can cancel at anytime and if you do you’ll still get access for the time you’ve paid.
