Well, you had me at Trailing Stop in Exit Options. Then you added the option to stop the trailing stops if the pullback is too much. That is EXACTLY what I've been trying to build into my Monitors. Then the bid/ask spread option to protect you from a crazy exit. Awesome! Do we even need Monitors anymore? However, the super duper new Automation layout with the option to take notes looks great! With this I can get more info on the screen with less clicking and scrolling. Way more functional. One of the best updates yet. And I didn't even see it coming! Thank you!

This update is incredible work. I joined a good while back but am just now starting my options trading journey in earnest. The UI updates to automations will make it much easier to analyze, digest and customize bot templates (which are a gold mine at OA)! Love the ability to add notes!! I've worked in many of these datacentres - cages of computers, crunching trades - The DataCentre organizations even make sure the fiber cables from the internet point at the edge of the building to the customer (Banks) cage are all the same length - This is so that all the customers' machines hit the internet at the exact same time for fairness in trade execution. I've always had a problem with the banks fleecing the economies of our world with these billions of round-the-clock micro-trades. I feel OA is providing a distinct opportunity to let us sit at the same table and plug in! It's hard to trade manually - we are humans filled with emotions. Hopefully, we, with OA can be profitable and further be a bit philanthropical with our own trading dividends. I really look forward to sharing. Good work everyone!

What forms of payment can I use?

We have several forms of payments available, including PayPal, ApplePay, AmazonPay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

Will Option Alpha build bots for me?

No, Option Alpha does not build or recommend bots for individual traders. We will, however, help guide you through using bots, setting up a bot and adding automations, and walk-through many examples and use cases for trading with bots.

Are the Live Bootcamp masterclasses recorded?

Yes! All live events will be recorded and you have access to them so you can watch everything on-demand.

Can I purchase Bot Supercharging separately?

Yes! You can always choose to upgrade your account to include Bot Supercharging as an add-on service to any existing membership. Click here to add Bot Supercharging only.

What happens if I miss a payment?

In the event payment is missed, you will lose access and there are no refunds offered for prior payments. We know this is a big investment which is why we offer payment plans to help but budgeting, but we also expect anyone to signs up to take personal responsibility to ensure timely payments are made as per your chosen payment plan.

What if I'm brand new to options trading?

Great! Then this is the package for you. The Bootcamp will start with the basics work up from there week-by-week. Plus, you'll get access to the best trading tools and support to help you.

I'm already an advanced trader, do I need the bootcamp?

Yep! You can jump into the bootcamp’s more advanced masterclasses to learn more about portfolio management, leveraging math and probabilities, and using Option Alpha’s tools. Plus, our live events will cover a wide range of topics perfect for experienced traders who are eager to learn from other top traders.

What is the refund policy for the Alpha One membership?

Alpha One plans are non-refundable. If you cancel the subscription during the first 2 years, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period. Plans are only refundable within 7 calendar days of an automatic renewal billing.

When does the promotion end?

The doors to upgrade to the Alpha One membership close on January 27th at midnight EST. After that you will no longer be able to upgrade to Alpha One.

Will Alpha One be offered in the future?

The Alpha One membership is an exclusive, limited-time offer, and once the doors close on January 27th we won't open them again for many months. We will periodically open it back up for purchase a few times throughout the year, however, there is a possibility of it being offered at higher prices as we continue to add updates to the platform. You can still choose to upgrade to Bot Supercharging and/or Priority Support by purchasing them separately as annual plan add-ons.

Can I get a credit for my current membership?

Yes, we can credit any months remaining on existing annual memberships towards your upgrade to Alpha One. Additionally, if you already purchased Bot Supercharging, we can apply your recent upgrade to Alpha One as well. Simply email us at [email protected] letting us know you want to upgrade and we'll make sure you get taken care of.
