I already have a paid plan, can I still get this deal?

Yes. Existing members can still join the promotion and our system will give you a prorated credit for any time remaining on either your monthly or annual plan when upgrading.

Will I be renewed automatically in three years?

Yes, all renewals will be at regularly discounted annual price of $1,180/year. You can always change plans or cancel your account to avoid the auto-renewal; your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Can I purchase Bot Supercharging separately?

Yes, you can always choose to upgrade your account to include Supercharging as an add-on service to any existing membership. Click here to add Supercharging for $499/year, which means over 3 years it would cost $1,497. This is why the Black Friday promotion is such a good deal because you get Supercharging for free.

What is the refund policy for this promo?

Black Friday plans are non-refundable. If you cancel the subscription during the first 3 years, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period. Plans are only refundable within 7 calendar days of an automatic renewal billing.

What forms of payment can I use?

We have several forms of payments available, including PayPal, ApplePay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

What happens if I miss a payment?

In the event payment is missed, you will lose access and there are no refunds offered for prior payments. We know this is a big investment which is why we offer payment plans to help with budgeting, but we also expect anyone to signs up to take personal responsibility to ensure timely payments are made as per your chosen payment plan.

Do I still qualify for commission-free* trading?

Yes! Orders sent to TradeStation and Tradier from your Option Alpha account are still eligible for $0 commissions* (see pricing details here).

Can I trade with multiple brokers?

Yes! The Black Friday promo includes an upgrade to 3 years of Pro membership, which allows you to trade with all current and future integrated brokers, with no minimum account balance required.
