I already have a paid plan, can I still get this deal?

Yes. Existing members can still join the promotion and you'll receive a prorated credit for any time remaining on either your monthly or annual plan when upgrading. You will be credited a prorated amount at the $149 monthly rate. For example, if you purchased an annual plan two months ago, you will be credited $890 ($1,188 - $298 for time used).

The credit will be issued after the purchase - you'll pay the full amount of the plan's cost up front, then receive your prorated credit to your original form of payment.

Please note that there are no refunds or credits for existing Supercharging as Supercharging is a free bonus for this promotion only.

What's the investment for the Spring Sale?

Will I be renewed automatically in three years?

Yes, all renewals will be for a one year plan at regularly discounted annual price of $1,188/year. You can always change plans or cancel your account to avoid the auto-renewal; your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Can I purchase Bot Supercharging separately?

Yes, you can always choose to upgrade your account to include Supercharging as an add-on service to any existing membership. Click here to add Supercharging for $499/year, which means over 3 years it would cost $1,497. This is why the Easter promotion is such a good deal because you get Supercharging for free.

What is the refund policy for this promo?

Easter plans are non-refundable. If you cancel the subscription during the first 3 years, your subscription remains active for the remainder of your paid billing period. Plans are only refundable within 7 calendar days of an automatic renewal billing.

What forms of payment can I use?

We have several forms of payments available, including PayPal, ApplePay, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.

What happens if I miss a payment?

In the event payment is missed, you will lose access and there are no refunds offered for prior payments. We know this is a big investment which is why we offer payment plans to help with budgeting, but we also expect anyone to signs up to take personal responsibility to ensure timely payments are made as per your chosen payment plan.

Do I still qualify for commission-free* trading?

Yes! Orders sent to TradeStation and Tradier from your Option Alpha account are still eligible for $0 commissions* (see pricing details here).

Can I trade with multiple brokers?

Purchasing a Pro plan enables you to trade with any of our supported brokers.

If your plan is paid for through a broker promo plan, all your live trading must be through the broker connected to your qualifying account.
