The Company offers a Referral Rewards Program ("the Program") to reward our valued users for referring new customers to our platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

All registered users to the Website are eligible to participate in the Referral Rewards Program. Qualifying referrals must be individuals who are not currently registered users of the Website and who have not previously been referred by another user.

Earning Referral Rewards

To earn a referral reward, the referring user (referrer) must share their unique referral link or code with the individual being referred (referee). When a referee signs up and meets the Program's requirements, both the referrer and the referee may be eligible for the referral reward, as specified by the Program. Referral rewards will be applied to the referrer's account in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the Program. Once a referrer has earned a qualifying reward, you'll be eligible to withdraw your rewards.

Program Guidelines

Referrers must not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices to obtain referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, misrepresenting our platform or services, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Referrers are responsible for ensuring that their referrals use the unique referral link or code during the sign-up process to track and attribute the referral accurately. Referrals generated through fraudulent or unauthorized means will not be eligible for referral rewards, and we reserve the right to disqualify and take appropriate action against any user engaging in such activities. Referral rewards are non-transferable, and they cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation unless explicitly stated in the Program's terms and conditions.

Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or updates to the Program will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our Website. Referral rewards earned before the modification or termination of the Program will be honored in accordance with the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of earning.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any errors, delays, or disruptions in the tracking, attribution, or delivery of referral rewards, including but not limited to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or user error. In no event shall we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Referral Rewards Program.

You will earn $100 for every friend you refer that signs up for a paid plan. Grab your unique referral code in your Settings, share it with other traders, and you'll make money for every paid subscriber that joins Option Alpha using your link!

How long is the referral active?

While the rewards program and your link will be active indefinitely, your unique referral code will stay associated with people who click on it for 90 days. If your friend doesn’t use the referral code to sign up for a paid plan in that time, you will need to re-send the link to them.

What can I say to get sign up referrals?

We encourage you to share your experience with Option Alpha to your trader friends. However, you should refrain from misleading, exaggerating, or falsifying statements about your trading performance to acquire referrals.

Who is eligible to use my referral code?

You can refer any friend that is not currently a paid Option Alpha member. You must have an active paid membership to receive the reward bonus.

How do I track the status of my referrals?

You can track your rewards in your Settings. You'll be able to see total rewards earned, payout amount, and pending payments.

How do I get my Option Alpha referral bonus code?

Log into your account and go to ‘Referrals’ in your Settings. Copy your unique referral code and share the link with your friends.

Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make or how much you can earn. The more friends you refer, the more you make!

Do I need to have an active membership to refer friends?

Yes, you will need an active Option Alpha account to access your Settings and retrieve the link to your unique referral code.

What conditions must my referral meet for me to earn my reward?

Your referral must maintain a paid membership for at least 30 days. You will receive your bonus 30 days after their paid plan begins.
