In this workshop, we'll show you exactly how to build a bid-ask spread waterfall using a specific set of decisions and actions to evaluate a position's bid/ask spread.
The 'bid-ask spread waterfall' evaluates a position's live bid-ask spread and market conditions to intelligently adjust SmartPricing when closing a position.
So, if spreads are too wide, you can tell the bot to wait for spreads to narrow before attempting to close a position to ensure you only exit at your pre-defined minimum (or maximum) price without getting caught on the wrong side of the spread.
