So, we’ve launched the first round of in-app help docs. You can access the help docs inside the ‘Get Started’ checklist for a more guided onboarding experience. The in-app help docs and checklist are designed to help you directly inside the app with key milestones and specific goals.
The new help docs will be a great addition for all autotraders as it guides you through the platform with instructions that are simple to follow. Plus, the guide stays with you on the screen as you navigate the different tools.
You’ll also notice additional links and resources designed to help you learn more about specific features inside the app, like Trade Ideas and Exit Options.
If you’re new to Option Alpha, or just coming back, we highly recommend using the in-app docs and checklist for a highly-focused experience that will help you get started. It’s a great way to stay updated on all the new tools we continue to add inside the platform.
