I tested the crap out of this ... and it works FITB of 8 ... I do not have it live ... but a day or 2 on paper may gut my live bot with these automations ...
I suppose .....I should type up the long explanation . as how it works ... lol then can copy paste .. it is a DB Death Bot .. and this works a bit faster as I moved the SCS to less DTE ... so it should cycle sooner .. it is buying teenies now ... low IV ... and it has not done that since hmm seems like forever .. but now would be the best time to run it .. and If I did not have the salvage business going on ....in my live account would turn it on .. NOW ... it is my hedge ..
1 buys a few cheap cheap teenies like it is now
2 vix over 20 sells 1 SCS buys LPS think hedge " )
3 vix over 25 enters accumulation mode .. sells SCS buys LP or if vix over 28 LPS at 20 -25% profit exits SCS .. reenters SCS bringing in another LP with it .. so now the market is buying these for you ... and in the end you will have 2 SCS to clean up ... in the minor turn downs and rising IV it works to dam perfection .. I have one tweaked out for Apple .. and i could not have asked for more on the one drop ..
ok this has a button ...that if you are for sure and certain we are headed for a BS day .. on the way to at least a 1std move or greater it will close any SPS that may be open .. if vix is over high vix setting 38 ish bot will sell sps .. as most times it pulls back .. but for the most part you will not need that button ... ok as always if you can see away to improve .. on the hedging concept of this guy please please share your thoughts or you mods
If you are bored here is a link to my Rum for bots .. and tweaking this for lower allocation .. was way way harder than I thought it would be .. but there are some things in there that give you a glimpse of the time that goes into doing these for me .. at least LOL
