Beginner Track

I've just started the course and I'm enjoying re-learning about options from a trading perspective. The materials provided are excellent and Kirk is a very good teacher going through the subject matter at the right pace.

Listening to the videos in the beginner track has taught me many things such as debit spreads (which I trade) need increased implied volatility near expiration to increase the value of the option. Likewise credit spreads needs decreased volatility near expiration to increase the credit. I did not know this until I watched all the videos in the beginner track.

New to options and I am hopefully learning a lot that I can use during my trades. I am getting the same amount of information for free that other websites charge hundreds of dollars for.

I appreciate how simplified this was made, I gave the rating because despite not understanding everything completely I got the general idea of how the buyer has the option to buy stock at a higher price (strike price) in the future once they paid the premium, and the buyer has the assignment, and obligation to fulfill that order of they agreed to the options contract.
