The automations library stores your automations in one convenient location. The library is an efficient way to organize your automations. You can quickly rename, reuse, and edit automations inside the library.
The automations library is located on the Bots homepage.
This is your personal library of all automations in your portfolio. Any time you create and save a new automation, it is added to the library.
You can create new folders to organize your automations. Select “New Folder.”
You can name the folder to identify your strategies.
You can easily rename an existing folder at any time.
To re-organize your strategies and move an automation to a different folder, simply select the automation, and change the destination. The automation will be relocated to the new folder. You can create a new folder inside the automation editor as well.
You can also create a new automation in the library.
Selecting “New Automation” takes you directly to the automation editor, where you can name the automation and add decision recipes and actions.
The automation name displays how many bots are currently running the automation.
You can edit any automation in the library by simply selecting the automation. You are instantly taken to its automation editor.
Remember, edits made to one automation will be reflected in all bots using the automation.
To delete an automation, simply hover over the automation and select “X.”
If bots are using the automation, they will no longer have the automation, and errors may occur.
