This video is designed to help you keep your bot templates updated and organized for yourself and other Community members.
It is important to stay organized and detailed with your templates as you create and share bots.
Templates and their notes belong to you as a place to track your trading rules, strategies, performance, resources, links, and ideas.
We suggest using a short, detailed description to easily identify a template and its purpose from the title.

Be sure to keep your bot template’s global settings updated. We suggest setting the daily and total position limits to one for all shared templates. Always double-check position limits when using a template.

A great way to stay organized is to keep a detailed log of notes for your templates, especially as you modify and update them.

Remember, a template’s notes are only visible to you.
If you update a shared template, we recommend updating the template’s description in your Community post. It is also a good idea to explain the changes made to each new version of the template, so other members can see what you changed and why you made the changes.
Templates are an easy way to save and memorialize different strategies and automations from your bots and those shared in the Community.
You can save as many templates to your library as you want, so organizing and updating your templates is wise as you scale your portfolio.
