Account Management

I’m already a member - why can’t I login to my account?

There may be a couple of reasons why you can't log in to your account automatically. First, you may have forgotten your password which you can reset here. Second, please remember that you have to use your email address as the username when logging in. If you're still having trouble, try resetting your web browser cache or cookies. If you have tried to log in multiple times and are entering the wrong password, your account could be locked out for security reasons. If so, please contact us and we'll help you get back in.

Can I have one account on two computers - home and work?

Yes. You are able to have one account on two computers, but we do limit the number of devices that you can log into to prevent people from sharing and stealing information across multiple user logins. For this reason, we keep the number of IP addresses limited, but we do open up the ability for you to have multiple computers going for one account as we realize that you might want to login to the platform at home and/or work.
