Kirk Du Plessis is a founder of Option Alpha, a company devoted to empowering retail options traders with simple, powerful tools supported by world-class research and education for retail options traders. Option Alpha was named to Inc. 500's list of fastest-growing companies consecutively in 2018 at position #215 and 209 at position #723. Recently, Option Alpha traders crossed more than $1.75 billion in live option trades placed through its platform. Kirk holds a degree in Finance from the University of Virginia's (UVA) McIntire School of Commerce and has worked in various financial and investment analyst positions.
